Lumbopelvic Pain and Dysfunction
—
One-day practical workshop with a ready-to-use treatment protocol.
Lower back discomfort, a feeling of pelvic tightness, restricted mobility, and fatigue during walking or prolonged sitting are common signs of postural imbalance in the lower body.
Disrupted coordination between the lumbar and pelvic muscles gradually alters movement mechanics and maintains chronic tension.
This workshop provides a structured and easy-to-follow protocol for working with the lumbopelvic region. Suitable for both beginners and experienced practitioners working with low back pain, posture-related issues, and mobility limitations.
Program includes:
— essential anatomy and function of the lumbar and pelvic muscles,
— analysis of common postural imbalances and their clinical presentation,
— biomechanics of gait and everyday loading,
— session planning and treatment sequence,
— hands-on practice of deep tissue massage and myofascial techniques,
— a ready-to-use protocol for immediate application after the training.
Format:
1 day · 10:00–17:00.
Handbook and video materials included.
