Soku Shin: therapeutic foot massage

At the seminar we get acquainted with the specifics and massage techniques for various foot pathologies and changes in its biomechanics.
In a program:
- Anatomy and basic principles of biomechanics of the foot and adjacent joints.
- Review of pathologies and disorders of the biomechanics of the foot (plantar fasciitis, hallux valgus, flattening of the transverse and medial longitudinal arches).
- Specific massage techniques (local stretching, mobilization, MFR).
- Criteria for choosing the preferred direction of treatment (proximal or distal) in accordance with the condition of the structure being massaged and the purpose of the massage.
- Performing a massage of the lower leg and foot in various positions of the person being massaged.
Duration: 1 day from 10 to 17. Methodological manual and video materials are attached.
